Now Hiring - Commercial Account Coordinator in Bayville, NJ

We are looking for a Commercial Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Commerical Clients to maintain and build relationships. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. If you have experience with contracts and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate is able to both manage commercial estimates and accounts as well as brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and file commercial contracts
• Update and maintain internal databases with account information
• Coordinate meetings, calls and visits with potential and current Commerical Clients
• Conduct research on prospective clients
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper execution of estimate proposals and closing contracts
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
• Help create promotional materials (e.g. presentations and videos)

Skills

• Proven work experience as an Commerical/Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role- Willing to train the right person
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
• Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
